You and Us The Junior Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions and platforms that support our commerce and customer management processes, a valuable member of the Team driving the organization in the exciting Digital Transformation journey. You will be part of the IT & Transformation team, where all business requirements flow into, where all transformations are fostered and nurtured, where all projects are designed, analyzed, launched, delivered, monitored and supervised. RESPONSABILITIES: - Develop integrated solutions and recommend innovative technologies that will enhance the current systems; - Contribute with technical expertise, participate in the development of low code solutions and solution implementation roadmap according with the business and technical needs; - Identify technical requirements, own technical products and provide effective solutions; - Enthusiastically engage with the team to outperform and exceed in commitment and excellence. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree on Information Systems or Computer Sciences; - Knowledge in the Software implementation full lifecycle; - Preferable technical experience on retail architectures and its business processes; - Preferable experience with: Programming Languages (Experience in at least one programming language commonly used for web development, such as Python, Ruby, PHP, or JavaScript); Web Development (Understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript); Application Programming Interfaces (Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs; Experience with integrating APIs and understanding of how to consume and create them); Data Formats (Knowledge of data interchange formats like JSON and XML); - Passion for transformation, eager for innovation, capable to succeed in an environment of change and uncertainty, taking and recommending strategic decisions in this ever-evolving digital retail world; - Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize with a business mindset; - Flexible, persistent and proactive, capable to perform well under pressure with multiple projects responsibilities and priorities; - Good communication skills; - Proficient in written and spoken English.
