Your Role As our Delivery Manager in Lisbon, you will hold 2 hats: - Internally, acting as Resource/Team Manager; - Externally, acting as Project Manager; In both cases, you represent Stellium (in the team in Portugal and to the clients in Switzerland). Internally, as Team Manager, you will be responsible of the Stellium Consulting team in Lisbon, and your main functions will be to: • Effectively leverage our consulting team members, ensuring that our staffing plan is well optimized (assessing skills, staffing, scheduling…). • Manage and lead a Functional and Technical consultant team specialized in Microsoft Technologies (5 people and growing). • Represent Stellium in our Lisbon based growing office, implement the best processes and practices and report the challenges of the team. Externally, as Project Manager, you will be responsible to deliver successfully our projects, mainly based in Switzerland, and be: • Project Manager, warrant of the delivery quality and best practices (Kanban, Scrum, budget, risks…). • The Customers main point of contact and Stellium representative in steering committees. • Business oriented to identify leads and report opportunities to the Head of sales. Your Future Crew As the main Delivery Manager in Lisbon, you will coordinate the team and the projects for Stellium, alongside with the Branch Director and Head of our Digital agency affiliated in Portugal, BSpacy. You will manage directly with 5 Microsoft Stellium Consultants within the Portuguese team, and be part of a larger team of up to 30 consultants from both IT and the digital word.
