Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on email authentication protocols including DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI; Provide both pre and post-sales technical support, performing demonstrations and handling product-related queries; Support clients through various platforms such as Helpdesk, Chat, Email, and Web Sessions; Work closely with our sales, QA, and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet technical requirements; Train customers and partners, and prepare proof of concept reports; Implement email authentication controls. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role; Proven expertise in Email Authentication Protocols; Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines; Thrives in a collaborative environment and is self-motivated; Background in Cyber Security is preferred; Fluent level of English.
