Candidate profile: 1. Brief description of the requirement and IT Run Engineer location. • It is required IT Run Engineer to assist and support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. • The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. • The IT Run Engineer shall be full time assigned to assist the Employer in the Site located in Sines, Portugal, GALP Refinery. Agreement duration approx. 2 years, start 1st semester 24, with possibility of integration in the Company after agreement expiration. 2. Qualifications IT Run Engineer is requested to: 1. Use of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) aligned process model. 2. Incident and service request logging, routing, and reporting in Service NOW based upon defined policies/procedures. 3. Mobile devices support - including smart phones, and tablets (Android, iOS) 4. Routing/escalating incidents to the appropriate TEN IDS Global support group, if applicable. 5. Service Request Management. 6. Provide an up-to-date knowledge database to include knowledge articles, phone scripts, application support material, etc., and knowledge transfer to maintain the services and support for first touch resolution. 7. Asset inventory management for tracking users, location of the equipment, etc. 8. Perform Equipment and Software management services such as: • Performing imaging, operational testing, scheduling and integration of Equipment into the environment. • Install the necessary Software. • Coordinate such activities with the appropriate IDS Business Project Delivery Manager, in accordance with schedules designated by Project Management Tean and provide status reports regarding the progress of such activities. 9. Device support including break fix services for desktop, laptop, mobile device, smart phone, IP phone, audio visual, Copiers, plotters. 10. MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes), as requested by Employer - shall be responsible for planning, managing, performing and testing installs, moves, adds and changes for the following categories of technology assets ("MACs"): • "Laptop Workstation," which shall include Desktop Equipment and Desktop Software consisting of notebook/laptop computer systems (e.g., collectively, the CPU/hard drive unit, monitor, docking station, keyboard, mouse, and directly attached devices and software) • "LAN Node Equipment," which shall include general purpose user accessible shared devices, including printers and scanners. • Shall perform its MAC responsibilities to minimize the impact on the Business Projects operations. 11. Proposer to provide the skill list and previous work experience of the people involved in the service for approval. 3. Required Skillset/Expertise • Experience in Oil and Gas Engineering projects. • Knowledge of Technip Energies business activities and organization • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or 5 years work experience in related field. • Language requirements: English Level B2 or higher (speaking fluent) and Portuguese (Spanish as a plus). • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. • Knowledge of software engineering. • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. 4. Mandatory Proposer Qualifications • Minimum of five (5) years in the business of consulting with customers and technical hardware/software repair personnel for the purpose of resolving hardware and software problems for customers. • Minimum of five (5) years in the business of providing device support including break fix services for desktop, laptop, mobile device, smart phone, IP phones, audio visual devices, office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and printers along with the maintenance of an inclusive knowledge base of common resolution techniques for each to include Windows and iOS support.
