Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team! We are looking for a Test Lead, with 7+ years of experience for an exciting and challenging position! This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon. Ideal candidate: Must be comfortable with complex projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, with gaps in documentation available (user stories missing detail and acceptance criteria, etc), with high number of Change Requests submitted throughout delivery and test phase. Must be comfortable with the need to replan often and to review the approach to accommodate for delays in delivery of some requirements, etc; Expected to be able to setup dashboards in JIRA, analysis over JIRA and Zephyr (leveraging Excel) and able to create and manage PowerBI reports. Requirements: Experience in the planning and delivery of test initiatives for complex programmes Experience with Waterfall projects Experience with Agile Methodology ISTQB Foundation Solid expertise in Zephyr and JIRA Expertise in PowerBI Solid expertise in Excel High proficiency in English (spoken and written) Experience in BFSI Nice to have: experience in SAPIENS Software Availability to travel within Europe, if necessary What we offer?
