Your Role: As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing new products as well as continuously optimizing existing products. You will work closely with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to create products that meet customer needs and expand our market share. Additionally, you may collaborate with a colleague who is in the learning phase, providing an opportunity to work together and share knowledge. Your Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a product strategy and roadmap based on market analysis and customer feedback. - Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch. - Collaborate with development teams to define product requirements and ensure goals are met. - Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities. - Create user stories, use cases, and requirements for the product development team. - Monitor KPIs and measure product success. - Work closely with different teams to collect ideas, issues and informations to filter priorities and develop go-to-market strategies. - Identify and implement product improvements based on user feedback and market trends. Your Profile: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology or software sector. - Experience in agile product development and a solid understanding of UX/UI design. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a high level of self-initiative. - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools is a plus. - Willingness to work closely with a colleague who is still learning and support them in their development.
