Our Client is a telecommunications company that is searching for a RAN 2nd Line Operations Specialist to act in a second level preventive and corrective troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service as well as the restoring time for radio access network elements in a multivendor environment. Main Requirements: • University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Information Technology; • 2 years of experience in Telecommunication and similar function; • Previous experience in Radio Network performance analysis, troubleshooting, Configuration and Databuild; • Previous experience of Radio Network KPI’s and building performance reports; • Knowledge of a mobile network architecture (2G, 3G, 4G) with experience in Ericsson and Huawei technologies; • Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP, Perl, Java, SQL, HTML) and good Excel skills; • Strong desire to improve processes, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; • Capacity to work under pressure, ability to multi-task and good communication skills; • Teamwork oriented; • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
