The Deskside Support Engineer role will be responsible for the: - Onsite Support - Multivendor support for Desktop, Notebook, Printer and Phone - Installation, Software service and Integration of new Systems - Hardware Replacement according local Process - Performing of locale HW Relocation and HW-Rollouts - Staging of Client-Hardware - Handling of Trouble-Ticket-Systems (incl. Ticket Routing to other Departments) - Asset-Management - Documentation of Tasks - Administration and Handling of client specific Requests Profile: - Good knowledge of Microsoft OS (WIN XP, WIN 7) - General knowledge of client hardware and software - English, spoken and written, is of advantage - Strong service orientation - High level of durability and flexibility - Experience in handling SLA & OLA - Knowledge on custom ticket system service center are also beneficial - Structured, process-oriented and autonomous operation - Drivers License What we offer: Integration in a fast-growing company Integration in a young and dynamic team Interested candidates can apply through ---@--- , by sending us a detailed CV.
