Mission We are looking for Application Support Technicians who will be responsible for monitoring middle and back office applications and ensuring a continuous and fully optimized operation. The candidates will join a new 10-people team dedicated to manage, standardise, automate and industrialise application in production environments, at our client’s premises. Different levels of experience and expertise are being considered, namely intermediate and expert levels. His/Her main activities will include the following, among others: - To monitor and coordinate changes and technical operations, such as servers move, electrical failures, etc.; - To ensure rollout of new software releases; - To document application components and operations, namely: logical and technical architecture, procedures, supervision needs, etc.; - To ensure job scheduling and workload automation; - To participate in incident and problem resolution; - To adhere to scheduled shifts and on-call regimes. Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related professional experience is preferred; - More than 2 years of experience in UNIX and/or LINUX environments (mandatory); - More than 2 years of experience in Windows environments (preferable); - Working knowledge and experience of scheduling system (BMC/Control-M is preferable), scripting (Shell, PowerShell) and database operations (user level). - Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systematic approach. - Rigorous and proactive; - Teamwork and good interpersonal skills; - Willingness to evolve within the team; - English language minimum B1 level (mandatory); - French language is a plus; Offer - Proper training will be provided; - Integration in a solid and dynamic team; - Participation in international and multicultural projects; - Be part of a new project in the financial sector; - Other benefits: health insurance, life insurance, permanent contract scheme, continuous training, development programs and career progression.
