First Line Helpdesk Support We are looking for: First Line Support Agents Level 1 (low / non-technical profile): Provide technical assistance to users via email or phone. The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in one or more Languages (Frances, Alemγo, Espanhol, Holandes, Sueco] and good command of English; Strong communication skills and team work ability; Availability for rotating schedules (night hours and / or weekends); Help Desk experience preferable and / or IT basic knowledge; Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package); Interpersonal skills crucial for working in a customer service center such as: excelente customer orientation, teamwork, sense of urgency, optimism and enthusiasm; No previous experience is necessary.
