Support Engineer Power BI - Lisbon

ITEN is a Portuguese company founded in August 2013 as a result of the merge between Prológica S.A and CPC.is. Today it employs about 300 workers and it has more than 25 years of experience in the IT Market.
And because of its dimension ITEN uses, as a business support, a variety of tools that ensure the activity and the excellence of its services


We are currently looking for Support Engineer Power BI with the following technical requirements:

• Proficient with Power BI (Desktop application and the Service)
• Familiarity with the Power BI Gateway
• A good understanding of Office 365 Administration
• Strong Excel skills with Power Query and Data Modelling
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• An understanding of the .NET Framework.
• An understanding of Sharepoint and Dynamics CRM
• Underlying SQL Server awareness
• Understanding of Windows Administration (i.e. installations, services, permissions)


Desirable:
• Analysing network traces.
• A good working knowledge Visual Studio
• An understanding of Analysis Services data modelling.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server at developer level (TSQL, Stored Procedures, etc.)
• Good Windows Operating System background on Threads, Processes and Memory Management (Heap, Stack, Virtual Memory)
