Support Engineer SCEM (SCOM & SCSM)

And because of its dimension ITEN uses, as a business support, a variety of tools that ensure the activity and the excellence of its services


We are currently looking for Support Engineer SCEM (SCOM & SCSM) with the following technical requirements:
• Strong knowledge on OpsMgr 2012 R2.
• Knowledge on SCSM 2012 R2 and integrating it with the other System Center suite products.
• Knowledge on Operations Management Suite (OMS)
• Strong knowledge on PowerShell, including scripting.
• Knowledge on Azure Automation, Orchestrator or any other workflow engine.
• Knowledge of SQL administration and configuration, along with basic knowledge of T-SQL syntax.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, PKI.
• Basic knowledge of WMI functionality and queries
• Competent troubleshooting skills
