We are recruiting for a leading company in the sector of high-tech engineering consulting, to a position as Configuration Manager (m/f), to their unity team at Castelo Branco: Profile: - Master’s Degree in Engineering; - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role; - Understanding of configuration management principles (CMDB) and tools, with experience in the configuration of Service Management tools such as JIRA Service Desk; - Knowledge Management tools, and/or other project support tools; - ITIL Service Operation (Request Fulfilment, Incident/Problem/Change Management) and with experience in Service Execution; - Experience of working with developers and architects to develop and/or ensure that they develop best practices to safeguard the integrity of the systems and support processes; - Capable of administration, configuration and support of infrastructure technologies and solutions, including commercial off the shelf and open source packages; - Proficient in English; - Flexibility to travel on a regular basis.
