In line with SELLBYTEL Groups Technical Support and Service project, we are currently recruiting to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological area. As a Reporting Analyst your mission will be to inform the project of current results in order to maintain the quality levels and improve Target achievement. Reporting Analyst ( m/f ) Your responsibilities: Deploy and apply quality monitoring procedure; Assure all levels within the project are informed and updated on their current results; Maintain the quality within the project; Help Management analyse and bring up ideas for improvement in order to reach the business goal; Create reports within the project and externally; Maintain 1-2-1 and appraisal templates; Analyze and review performance achievement; Advise on improvement for the project in order to reach the business needs; Create presentations for quarterly and annual business review; Process improvement. Our profile of preference: University degree (preferable); Experience in a similar position; IT knowledge; Proficiency in English. Active Listening and strong communication skills; Problem Solving Abilities and decision making; Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
