What are you going to do:
Reporting to the Head of BU Software, the Business Process and Quality Assurance Manager is supporting the entire organization in succeeding its transformation toward a leading circular economy software publisher. His primary responsibility is to effectively infuse the company with an understanding and daily working practice of quality and customer focus. With proven successful experience in quality assurance and project management in the software industry, the BPQA Manager will implement all the necessary changes in the company such like: Software production process from inception to delivery, including planning and control; Voice of customer integration in the development process; Voice of customer integration in all relevant business processes; Software life cycle management; Documentation both internal and external; Engagement of 3rd parties (customers, suppliers, partners); Personnel training (onboarding and continuous); The BPQA Manager will be a member of the executive committee.

What we value:
• 10+ years of Quality Assurance, Project Management, Team Management, Development, including 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role and 5+ years of experience in a management position;
•Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar;
•Fluent spoken and written English;
•Result-driven, pragmatic, positive thinker;
•Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and to build strong working relationships with external and internal customers. Strong stakeholder management experience, effective influencer;
•Proven experience of running parallel projects from initiation to completion in a multicultural environment, demonstrating project management and leadership skills, track record and ability to demonstrate technical planning, release management;
•Ability to work in virtual teams.
