Service Delivery & Support Engineer (m/f)

QiBit is the company specialized in Information Technologies and Communications, part of the Gi Group, an Italian multinational and one of the largest companies worldwide in Human Resources services.

Our client is a multinational company in the telecommunication sector, representing one of the biggest players on his segment. We are looking for a Service Delivery & Support Engineer to integrate their team and act as customer’s local interface.


Main Requirements:

• Master degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics or similar);
• Solid knowledge of IP technologies Optical Technologies (DWDM, SDH) and NMS;
• Good knowledge of networking/routing protocols, IP/MPLS, Ethernet, CE, OSPF, BGP, DWDM, Long Haul & Metro Transport.
• Strong flexibility to adapt in a multicultural and dynamic environment;
• Fluent in English written and spoken;
• Good interactive communication skills;
• Customer orientation, structured & systematic working attitude and personal commitment;
• Team Player;
• Availability to travel.
