Required Skills:
- Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or a related field;
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other);
- Functional and Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and web service programming;
- Support the creation of a complex system being built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform;
- About 2 years of working experience as a developer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
- Strong knowledge of platform capabilities including system administration;
- Design and implement reports to support the CRM application;
- Design processes and data flows between Dynamics CRM applications and other 3rd party applications;
- Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
- Configure applications to meet a client's requirements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
- Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, workflows and reports;
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment..
