Requirements: 1) Essential Experience Proven experience in a customer support environment. Highly developed communication, analytical skills and creative thinking coupled with a broad understanding of some of the technologies described below. 2) Technical/Functional Skills Required • Strong knowledge on OpsMgr 2012 R2. •Knowledge on SCSM 2012 R2 and integrating it with the other System Center suite products. •Knowledge on Operations Management Suite (OMS) •Strong knowledge on PowerShell, including scripting. •Knowledge on Azure Automation, Orchestrator or any other workflow engine. •Knowledge of SQL administration and configuration, along with basic knowledge of T-SQL syntax. •Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, PKI. •Basic knowledge of WMI functionality and queries •Competent troubleshooting skills Desirable •Knowledge/certification on ITIL/MOF • Knowledge of SNMP and TCP/IP •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers and client operating Systems •Windows internal and advanced knowledge on troubleshooting tools usage. •Knowledge of deployment tools •Background in software testing •Background in Technical training 3) Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills •Positive attitude and energy. •Enthusiasm and passion for a Support role and Microsoft products and technologies. •Strong analytical problem solving skills with experience in solving complex technical problems. •Desire to go grow and progress technically towards Escalation roles. •Strong teamwork and self-drive capabilities. •Demonstrated outstanding Customer Service skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4) Qualifications •Degree in Computer Science preferred or, alternatively, in a technical discipline. •Desirable MCSD, MCSE, MCSA or other Microsoft certification(s) in some of the technologies mentioned above. Special Requirements/Additional Information e.g. Language Skills •Business English is required – written and verbal •Additional fluency in Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish or Portuguese will be an advantage.
