As a result of a solid partnership with one of the biggest Multinational Company with relevant international projects taking place in Portugal, namely on research and development of Telecommunication solutions, we are currently searching for a System Administrator with the following profile: •Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Telecommunications; •Operating Systems knowledge: Linux/Red Hat is mandatory, System Administration knowledge preferred, Troubleshooting, logging & monitoring; •Test automation skills: very good shell scripting, Python/ruby scripting would be excellent; •vSphere systems administration such as VMotion, HA, DRS, Affinity rules, VCenter, Host Profiles, vswitch, etc; •Highly valued: supporting storage systems experience in matters – RAID concepts, disk pool and LUNS concept/management, concepts of zoning/SAN; •Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins/MPP, Git/svn, Crucible/Fisheye); •Database knowledge: SQL and Oracle database; •Good documentation skills (Writes requirements, specifications and other guiding documentation for R&D from a technical point of view.); •Fluent English, both written and spoken; •Excellent communication skills; •Good team player attitude, preferably with experience working in a team-oriented (Scrum), collaborative environment; •Dynamic and pro-active; •Good analysis ability.
