Mission •Carry out the Change Management project in compliance with the project rules defined by the Project Management Team. •Ensure the necessary resources, planning and monitoring to the success of the Training Programs; •Apply a change management tools and processes to support the strategy and the project requirements •Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. Profile •Minimum 6 years of experience, of which minimum 2-3 years of experience in Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality context; •Experience in change management principles and methodologies; •Understands the impact of change and how people go through change; •Know-how on project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle; •Able to work effectively at all levels of the project and decision makers concerned; •Know how to prepare and conduct business meetings in an efficient manner; •Has a sense of purpose: Ability to promote a project and to persuade; •Excellent sense of organization and methodology; •Decision making ability; •Pro-activity and dynamism. •Good knowledge of English Offer •Integration in a solid and dynamic team; •Possibility to participate in international projects; •Participation in exciting and motivating projects; •Career evolution; •New challenges.
