Windows Application Server Support - (REFWASS2)

Think Attitude is a Human Resources Outsourcing and Recruitment company specialized in Information Technologies. Our main focuse is the quality, development and follow-up of our resources. We are now recruiting a Windows Application Server Support Consultant for one of our main clients, located in Lisbon.

Skills:
•Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013
•Knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business Servers (2015 or above)
•English communication skills.


Experience:
•Reviewing the status of the Windows Applications monitoring platform (alarms, thresholds and associated procedures)
•Setting-up, validating and scheduling of housekeeping activities to administer Windows Applications
•Administering Windows Applications according to application demands
•Reviewing the status of Windows Application software in order to keep those updated according requirements and within support contracts
•Reviewing the status of patching on existing Windows Apps infrastructure and evaluate whether or not to apply, considering the associated risks
•Ability to perform changes in a Windows Application including decommissioning, modifications of internal parameters, log files locations, etc.
•Supporting Application servers and common desktop Applications (MS Office, Mozila FireFox, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.)

Nice to have:
•Experience working with Lotus Domino (8.5.2 and above)
•Experience working with MS Exchange Server 2010 or above
•Experience working with CMS Documentum (CMS 1.13, Documentum 6.7) or above
•Experience working with MS Windows Media Service
•Experience working with Jira Server Front-end

Personal Skills:
•Ability to work in an international organisation (English communication skills are mandatory)
•Ability to manage her- or him -self to solve complex problems
•Team Player
