Role Description:
 Analysis and correction of issues with customs processes / releases
 Analysis and resolution of foreign trade issues (master data, orders, deliveries, Intrastat, invoices)
 Analysis and resolution of problems in GTS (export control, embargo check, master data)
 Error analysis and correction of customs documents and master data
 Preference processing
 Sanction list check and recording
 Expansion of organizational structures in additional systems, book codes or plants
 Foreign trade customization (item categories, legal changes to export / import procedures, transport branches and business types)
 Extending and changing export controls (setting up new types of permits, changing the country lists used for the approval process)
 Extension and modification of the SPL check settings
 Support for user exits and Z programs in foreign trade / GTS
 Supervision of the data interface to the Atlas system
 Supervision of the evaluations (Intrastat, custom-developed)
 Support of the Miniexport control in the SAP standard

Required experience:
 Successfully completed studies of (business) computer science, business management or equivalent qualification
 SAP Certification
 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in foreign trade and GTS
 Incident and development processes
 Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
