Our client is a multinational in the banking sector that is now looking for SAP Reporting - Team Leader for Lisbon. The SAP Reporting team is in charge of designing reports to support the clients of the purchase-to-pay processes, facilitating the data collection and the data analysis, as well as the operational responsible. This professional has to be able to: Manage a team of 3 Reporting business analysts and related workflows; Define the reporting business requirements in line with Invoice processing purchase-to-pay Core Model (invoices and purchase orders) : Capture client and user requirements, propose the most adequate solution in line with Core Model reporting architecture and in coordination with the SAP business analysts teams; Define testing procedures and plans, and organise tests for reports and universes; Define BI universes based on SAP BW and Readsoft (workflow/requisition) extractions; Design standard reports in SAP Business Objects InfoView environment, available for end users; Accompany internal clients on the right use of the tool, including documentation and training sessions for end users; Respect the release management calendar and do planning follow up with IT development teams. Profile: Master's degree in Finance or IT or equivalent professional experience Professional experience: At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or BI manager in a similar role in the field of Finance / Cost Accounting; Previous experience in team management is required; Experience using SAP BW, Webi, Business Objects, Cognos; Experience using SAP (FI/MM/SD) and Readsoft is a plus; Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate; Fluent in French (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Analytical mind set with a strong strive for quality; Excellent communication and coordination skills (oral & written); Strong team spirit; Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast changing environment and with international locations; Available to a training period abroad (up to 3 months).
