We are searching for a Reference Data Business Analyst who will be focus on overall systems reference data configuration (CRM, Billing, Online, Commissions) and assume functional and technical analysis of business requirements, elaborate and provide high level design to suppliers. Main Accountabilities: •To review and approve the low level designs defined by the suppliers, ensuring the alignment of business needs, technical fit and reusability; •To validate and approve budget availability and alignment of quotations proposed by suppliers; •To drive solutions based on using off-the-shelf parametrized reference data, with no need for code development; •To influence suppliers and third parties to drive the adoption of the proposed solutions and technologies; •To manage Reference Data queue of requests; •To assist acceptance testing activities with products’ adherence to design; •To influence application design and development to Cloud and Agile environment/paradigms. Main Profile Requirements: •Academic education completed in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications; •Knowledge of IT telecommunications architecture, applications and systems (CRM, Billing, Online, Commissions ); •Strong business and technical analysis skills; •Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical and debugging skills; •Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile delivery model; •Good communication and negotiation skills (interacts with technical and business audiences); •Sense of proactivity and dynamism; •Good analytic and critical thinking.
