The position we're selecting, for Helpdesk Technician, with IEFP contract (internship), will be part of IT & Facilities team, in Oporto (Maia) and requires: - High school level studies or other certifications in IT areas; - Any experience with incidents management, using a ticketing system, would be advantageous (preferential with Service Desk CA); - Knowledge of English language (preferential); - Knowledge of Hardware, Networks protocols, MS Office and Anti-Virus; - Internal customer orientation; - A set skills like planning, organization and analytic capability, problem solving would be valued; - A track record of great interpersonal competencies, like proactive behavior, good communication and interpersonal relationship, as well as a focus on delivering value on time, with quality, critical sense and responsibility; Function: - Responsibility for IT support for internal users; - Diagnoses and problem solving; - Technical and functional support; - Installation and configuration of software and hardware.
