We develop products, and we provide services. This Job ad is made by our Staffing unit, which means That we are looking for talented people to work in our partners’ projects, but will be hired by us. Main responsibilities: - Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts - Responsible for functional design and preparing deliverables like functional specifications, test scripts, etc. - Consult with stakeholders to understand business needs and the exact business requirements - Track and document changes for functional and business specifications. - Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality. - Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications. - Has knowledge and studies the existing IT systems, process and business model of the Organization or the division - Understand the high level requirements of the IT solution/system to be developed What are the requirements? Experience as a functional or systems analyst in IT projects > 5 years; Analytical and investigation skills; Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC); Knowledge of software designing concepts; Working knowledge of data and process modelling; Grip over database concepts like DBMS, ETL and SQL; Good command over spoken and written communication; Testing skills and eye for detail; Portuguese and English.
