Spring Professional is hiring a Project Manager (M/F) for its client operating in the technology sector.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day project management activities including scoping, development effort, scheduling, issue and risk tracking & resolution;

- Collaborate with product managers to understand development needed and to agree appropriate resourcing & delivery timelines;

- Provide project management expertise & lead key project work streams;

- Work with the full project life cycle while following project governance processes within agreed timescales to time, cost, and quality;

- Lead each assigned project through the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion;

- Work with Product & technical teams to build cohesive project plans and drive continuous process improvement;

- Work with cross-functional and multi-site teams to deliver projects and tasks of varying sizes;

- Conduct project planning and status meetings;

- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate into detailed project and resource plans;

- Track and manage tasks through project phase deliverables both individually and in a team.

Experience and Skills

- 5 Experiences in a Project Management role;

- Full project life-cycle development experience;

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;

- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams;

- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to influence and maintain relationships with stakeholders in support of project delivery;

- Experience applying project management methodologies / tools (Prince, PMP, Visio, MS Project or related);

- Superior verbal and written communication skills;

- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented;

- Experience with Agile and/or Kanban principals;

- Experience & understanding of technologies within an e-Commerce environment essential

- Experience working with multi-site teams;

- Fluency in English;

- Experience of mobile technologies beneficial.
