Spring Professional is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F) for its client operating in the technology sector.

Main Responsibilities

- Review and validation of business requirements documentation,

- Review software requirements documentation;

- Test definition and design;

- Data Generation for the execution of test cases / scenarios;

- Be accountable for quality and schedule of own deliverables;

- Effectively prioritise & manage tasks;

- Provide accurate and precise estimates;

- Exploratory testing on all new functionality on both Mobile applications and front end websites;

- The ability to work within a team and to make a valuable contribution;

- Generate statistics and reports in order to produce quality metrics and identify risk.

Experience and Skills

- 3rd level qualification, ideally IT related;

- Experience with web services, mobile testing and an exposure to various testing methodologies is a must;

- 2 years relevant experience;

- Previous experience working with remote teams;

- Previous experience working in an agile environment;

- Excellent problem solving skills;

- Solid understanding and experience in manual testing;

- Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla etc;

- Knowledge and understanding of Web UI structure and development;

- Experience with SQL;

- Knowledge and hands on experience testing REST APIs;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Experience in different testing techniques;

- Exposure to mobile web and app testing;

- Experience creating documentation using tools such as Confluence, MediaWiki etc;

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional project teams;

- Understanding of WebServices (XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST);

-Experience with various browser tools (HTTPWatch, HTTPFox, Charles, Tamper);

- Be highly motivated and demonstrate the willingness to learn and to grow within the role;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
