Job Description:
Gfi is looking for a Support Engineer to be part of an innovate team in one of the most prestigious clients in the IT sector. The main responsibility will be to troubleshoot complex web application issues in an often ambiguous environment.

Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology;
- 2 years’ experience in a support role;
- Solid experience in troubleshooting;
- Good knowledge of .NET Framework;
- Knowledge of IIS configuration;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP is a plus;
- Familiarity with Azure services;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of other languages is highly valued;
- Excellent communication skills.
