Online Engagement Administrator (m/f)

QiBit is the company dedicated exclusively to the field of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), belonging to Gi Group, one of the world’s leading companies providing services for the development of the labour market.

We are searching for an Online Engagement Administrator to work in a multinational leading company of Engineering Solutions and assume the management, oversight and administration of online engagement tools for end users.

Main Accountabilities:

- Oversight and administration of all online engagement channels for end users;
- Clear documentation and management of process to keep information and content up-to-date across all channels with close collaboration with Service Owners, Project Managers and corporate communications;
- Proactive analysis of available content quality, frequency of updates and interaction of end users, proposing improvements to enhance user self-sufficiency.

Main Profile Requirements:

- Academic education completed in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;
- At least 3-5 years in online digital engagement tools and initiatives with focus on IT enabled services;
- Experience in managing and administering various online tools and content management systems;
- Experience in IT product design initiatives;
- Good understanding of user experience initiatives and processes, design and usability;
- Good communication and negotiation skills (interacts with technical and business audiences);
- Sense of proactivity and dynamism;
- Good analytic and critical thinking.
