We are searching for a Global End User Communication Coordinator to work in a multinational leading company of Engineering Solutions and coordinate all aspects of communication portfolio and production of communication material for User Engagement activities and ensure standardized implementation. Main Accountabilities: - Ensure communication strategy, content quality according core message according to agreed IT communication concept inclusive knowledge engineering, projects, incidents and day to day operations; - Build up communication material repository according to defined quality standards for reuse and coordinate respective translation activities; - Documentation and management of process to keep information and content up-to-date across all channels with close collaboration with Service Owners, Project Managers, and corporate communications; Main Profile Requirements: - Academic education completed in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar; - At least 3-5 years in building communication concepts, strategy and implementation towards end users with special focus on IT enabled services; - Experience in design thinking, graphic design and IT product design initiatives; - Experience in global communications activities across multiple channels (including social, email, physical and virtual channels); - Good experience in working with suppliers for translation across multiple languages; - Ability to work in a matrix structure, to understand the diversity in a multicultural environment and to influence service design and timely deliverables; - Good communication and negotiation skills (interacts with technical and business audiences); - Sense of proactivity and dynamism; - Good analytic and critical thinking.
