We develop products, and we provide services. The person we are looking for will have the mission of supporting the users of BP2S applications. The main tasks will be: Handling of access requests made by BP2S users worldwide through Sailpoint applications. User support. Administration of the user rights in mainframe. Maintenance and definition of user access procedures. Maintenance and administration of SecureID cards. Work closely with other teams worldwide. What are the requirements? Knowledge of IT Systems; Previous experience in managing users' permissions for IT application (is a plus); Previous experience in support functions (is a plus); Knowledge of Office tools (Word/Excel); French and English proficiency (written/spoken mandatory); Good communicative skills (oral and written); What are the benefits?
