SharePoint Expert (M/F)

Spring Professional is recruiting a SharePoint Expert (M/F) for our client, in automotive industry, for Ovar area:

Responsibilities

- Implement, develop and support global SharePoint activities based in the business needs;

- Develop/update lists and SharePoint solutions to facilitate data collection and reporting;

- Implement and develop automatic workflow's in SharePoint;

- Provide training, support and documentation for SharePoint end users and Key users;

- Drive the evolution of governance documentation, designing best practices, documentation procedures;

- Advise and support business process on SharePoint functionality, suggesting improvement to the process or methodology;

- Work collaboratively with the business users and other IT groups to design, build, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and site collections;

- Collaborate on "Global SharePoint Projects" which may include requirements, use case development and analysis, solution design, and project management;

- General troubleshooting in SharePoint;

- Implement document metadata and taxonomy;

- Review and evaluate new information technology developments in the field of SharePoint;

- Anticipate, mitigate and resolve issues associated with SAP Basis;

- Participate in meetings, project planning and requirement analysis as required;

- 1st and 2nd level application support on global level

Profile

- University graduate;

- Min. 2 year's experience in SharePoint up 2010 version;

- Experience administering SharePoint farms with managed metadata, user authorization concept, office web apps;

- Experience working with SharePoint workflows, building custom web parts and SharePoint development solutions;

- Experience in providing support for SharePoint end users, including troubleshooting permissions and access issues;

- Experience in SharePoint Authorization management;

- Knowledge about SharePoint Designer, Microsoft InfoPath, Microsoft Office services;

- English spoken & written
