Key responsibilities: Helpdesk Incident Management Service Level Management Problem Management What are the requirements: Prior experience in application support; Good understanding of Oops and RDBMS concepts; Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server); Minimum 1 year working experience with Unix and its standard commands; Basic knowledge of DataStage TX; Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts; Fluent in French.
