This opportunity refers to a direct hire in one of our clients - What will you be doing? - Architect & Setup Service Desk - Strategy & Planning - Operational Management - Customer Service - KPI & SLA Management - x What are the requirements? - 5+ years of technical experience as a senior contributor (such as computer systems or IT support) - 1-3 years supervisory or leadership experience - ITIL Certification preferred; HDI Support Centre Analyst or Team Lead Certification strongly valued; Knowledge Centred Support (KCS) Certification strongly valued; - Track record of setting Service Desk standards and developing guidelines, as well as helping others interpret policy - Track record of working with software management applications (JIRA & Atlassian suite or other similar applications) - Extensive knowledge of computer and telecommunications strategies, environments, equipment, operating systems, development tools and methodologies - Speak Multiple Languages, English is mandatory What are the benefits? - Loads of work; - Transparency; - Free tech events; - Health insurance; - Summer Sessions Party (What happens in Summer Sessions, Stays in Summer Sessions).
