Who we are?
ITEN is one of the fastest growing IT companies in Portugal in recent years. It currently has around 360 employees and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT market.
In May 2017 ITEN was acquired by Claranet, now integrating a group with operations in 8 countries.
Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a CRM - Support Engineer, to integrate into the team of one of our clients.


You must have?
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience would be beneficial but not essential. In depth knowledge of other Microsoft stack technologies would be appropriate instead (such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange).
• Knowledge about Web services / SOAP architectures.
• Jscript, XML, HTML.
• Net Framework 4 or later.
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Database engine or later.
• Ability to take leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
• Communication skills in international environment.

Nice to have?
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 / 2011 / 2013/2015/2016.
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 Reporting Services.
• Debugging skills.
• Active Directory/ADFS.
• Exchange Server 2007 or later.
• Sharepoint 2007 or later.
• Office 2007 or later.
