CRM Cloud Consultant Support organizations in the digital transformation journey providing the expertise and experience to accelerate the transition to the cloud in an optimized way maximizing the impact in their businesses A CRM Cloud Consultant is a technical or functional, customer-facing role that is accountable for new practice development in both existing and potential Customers, working with them to build solutions to improve their business efficiency. Expertize & Competencies Understanding of CRM solutions & technologies. Business drivers and emerging business trends; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in addition to technical depth; Experience in removing technology blockers in a matrix organization enabling the customer business; Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences; Salesforce certification is a plus but not mandatory. Siebel or Microsoft Dynamics exposure is also a plus.
