NOESIS is currently seeking applications with the following profile: Key Responsibilities: • Helpdesk; • Incident Management; • Service Level Management; • Problem Management. Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science with a good background of software development; • Minimum IT working experience of 3 years; • Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices (desirable); • Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry; • Prior experience in application support (desirable); • Good understanding of Oops and RDBMS concepts; • Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server); • Minimum 1 year working experience with Unix and its standard commands; • Basic knowledge of DataStage TX (desirable); • Basic knowledge of Java (desirable); • Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical); • Experience of working with applications with many interfaces to other applications; • Knowledge in finance and/or Calypso will be a strong plus; • Ability to work with pressure; • Good interpersonal skills; • Excellent communication skills; • Mandatory to be fluent in English; • French knowledge is a plus.
