As a result of a solid partnership with a recognized Multinational Company, we are currently searching for a Reporting & Application Support Specialist - SQL (m/f). Workplace: Maia Main responsibilities: - Support the business on application issues and general queries; Provide training to users in relevant applications; - Contact with several areas from Spain and Portugal; - Manage, correct and/or escalate process incidents; -Request application enhancements; - Define application configurations and behavior; - Work with IT project/product leads and managers to support the capture and validation of business, system, and technical requirements. - Work in a team environment and IT project settings and provide people, project, and process management expertise to support system enhancements and implementations. Profile: - Academic IT background; - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, queries, views and stored procedures; - High knowledge of business processes; - High knowledge of Microsoft Excel Advanced; - Ability to translate business requirements to technical specification for implementation or development; - Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and flexible with a team-oriented approach; - Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and apply critical thinking and active listening - Knowledge of SQL, CSV files and TXT (plus); - Languages: Portuguese and English level B2; Spanish or/and French is a plus; Offer: - Integration in a prestigious multinational company with a dynamic and young team; - Participation in exciting and motivating projects Are you interested?
