What are you going to do:
We are looking for an IT Service Manager, who should have experience Supporting Production Environments.
A senior resource, who has overall responsibility for ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements and Telcos best practices and concepts.
The Service Manager is also responsible for negotiating requirements with costumer’s business representatives. The Service Manager should have a major say in the allocation of resources between services.

• Efficiency in management skills
