What Are You Going To Do
We are looking for a Test Manager to join a Novabase project in partnership with a Software House. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing international projects based in Lisbon.

What We Value
- Previous experience in Team Leading and Test Management of more than 4 years;
- 5+ professional web and mobile app testing experience;
- Strong knowledge of testing mobile products and platforms including iOS and Android;
- Able to write clear and succinct test cases;
- Commercial Test automation experience;
- Experience of working with testing tools and environments such as Selenium, WebDriver, Ruby/Calabash, Cucumber and mobile test environments such as Appium and Xamarin TestCloud;
- Experience with testing emulators as well as real devices;
- In-depth knowledge of regression testing, end-to-end system testing
Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD);
- Experience with API testing;
- Good knowledge of SQL;
- Deep understanding of at least one OOP language;
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD);
- Be will versed in software testing tools and best practices;
- Experience with tools such as Git, JIRA and Jenkins;
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Proven working experience in software development following Agile methodologies;
- Experience setting up a testing framework from scratch
- Previous experience in managing test with several types of test streams is a plus;
- Previous experience in managing automation and mobile tests;
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
- Planning, organizational and leadership skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong reporting skills, strong communication skills;
- Availability to work on different countries;
- English - Fluent spoken and written (mandatory).
