What are you going to do:
We are looking for a Head of Development with experience in project management and team management in the IT industry. This person will be in charge of the following tasks:
Ensure bespoke software production from inception to delivery, including planning and control;
Ensure customer satisfaction by properly capturing customer requirements and delivery to requirements, in terms of functionality, ergonomics, stability, lead time, response time and cost;
Effectively manage and train the team, including hiring and firing, with a view to increase competences, professionalism, agility, quality and overall efficiency;
Engage with of 3rd parties (customers, suppliers, partners) as needed to fulfil the mission.

What we value:
• 10+ years of Project Management, Team Management, Development, including 5+ years of experience in a team management position;
• Experience of SAP and HANA Cloud Platform;
• Working knowledge of PHP and generally speaking internet technologies;
• Knowledgeable in data security;
• Project management certification;
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Result-driven, pragmatic, positive thinker;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and to build strong working relationships with external and internal customers;
• Strong stakeholder management experience, effective influencer;
•Proven experience of running parallel projects from initiation to completion in a multicultural environment, demonstrating project management and leadership skills, track record and ability to demonstrate technical planning, release management;
• Ability to work in virtual teams;
• Familiar with Agile;
