Spring Professional is hiring for Faurecia company, an IT Helpdesk - Español (M/F), for São João da Madeira area.
Responsibilities: - Control of the techniques of the Customer Relationship on phone; - Control of the necessary handlings to the recording of the calls on the customer relationship tools; - General culture of user support; - Treat the users requests; - Take the necessary information to the good qualification of the problem; - know the most frequent requests and their link to an identified problem, knowledge of the answers or the methods to be followed; - Highlight and manage dysfunctions, and priorities; - Inform users in the framework of the process of the follow up of the request and of the alert procedure.
Profile: - Bsc. Degree or Professional course in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a similar technological area; - Fluent language of Spanish (mandatory); - English on a level to communicate IT internally; - Knowledge of the various activities, various domains/scopes (office automation, collaborative tools, etc…); - Knowledge and apply the forwarding process; - Application of security rules; - Use of the procedures (techniques and organization); - Participate to the capitalization and the knowledge enrichment; - Capacity to inform the users in a proactive way.
