Principais responsabilidades

• Oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of SAP


• Implement and manage SAP life cycle management status reporting, metrics and benchmarks.


• 
  
  Provide advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance ensuring appropriate investment for SAP operational applications to secure the integration within SAP landscape
  
  


• Perform yearly budgeting, resourcing for these activities


• Propose and ensure implementation of appropriate standards for specification (duty book and technical specifications), development, testing


• Structure and coordinate for performance improvement of our solutions (queries, job cleaning, archiving).


• Ensure a sustainable and reliable SAP Documentation in coordination with the Business Relationship Manager and Business Analyst

  Own the key processes : Assist, Incident, Request, Change, is in charge to setup and organize the CAB (Change Advisory Board) meeting on every SAP matters
  
  


• Provide and follow resolution and performance KPIs


• 
  
  Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team by encouraging entrepreneurship mindset, professional development and growth of employees (assessment, training, coaching and mentoring).

  Strong SAP knowledge, administration, authorization, transport process, as well as licenses management
  
  


• Knowledgeofapplicationarchitecture

  Knowledge of the IT operational business, especially SAP Competency Center

  Supplier & contract management skills

  Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science, Information Technology or equivalent

  At least 8 years of experience in IT, with IT Business Application expertise in the industry world

  Worldwide, global and multicultural environment

  Have successfully setup and manage at least one (1) worldwide SAP Competency Center

  Knowledge and expertise on SAP 4/Hana will be appreciated
