As a result of a partnership between Randstad Technologies and one of the largest multinational companies of telecommunications, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer. Main functions: the candidate will participate and support the complete development cycle of new system features as well as new infrastructures for automation and system monitoring. Participate in and work with fast paced agile development teams building enterprise grade software systems. Collaborate to continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of build and deployment processes and tools to support all phases of development including production releases, improving the CI environment, build monitoring, configuration and automation, designing new infrastructures, writing code, scripts or introducing new tools. Profile: - MSc / BS degrees in Computer Science or related fields; - Experience in development, operations or DevOps; - Programming experience (java/shell); - Superior scripting skills; - Strong knowledge of source code control and build systems: git, maven, gradle; - Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices: Jenkins; - Knowledge of security as related to linux systems, applications and networking is a plus; - Experience working in an iterative based development environment using Agile/SCRUM; - Knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (SDN, OTN, DWDM, Ethernet, IP, MPLS-TP) will be a plus; - Fluent English language, spoken and written - Strong analysis and communication skills; - Responsible and accountable; - Problem solving ability.
