Your responsibilities include: Develop relationships with internal and external customers, assessing their technological, support and security needs; Experience in Service Management / Incident Management / Team Management; Offer innovative solutions that meet customer needs; Project management, defining schedules, assuring budget compliance and assigning technicians; Familiarization with current and future technological equipment, services, IT management practices and technological trends; Coordination of support services to end users, infrastructures and networks; Guarantee the improvement of customer service and customer satisfaction management. You must have: Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar; ITIL certification (Preferred); Experience in Customer Service, Managed Services, IT Service Management; Good knowledge of English.
