We are selecting a candidate to provide services in a prestigious multinational company:

Performance Engineer (M/F) – Lisbon/Oporto

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the analysis of the non-functional testing requirements of a project in order to define a Performance, Load and Stress Testing Strategy;
- Define the metrics to be collected to monitor the performance and effectiveness of testing for a project;
- Communicate with all stakeholders for a project to assist in managing testing issues and risks;
- Identify and recommend improvements on performance and other resilience issues;
- Create, maintain and run performance test scripts;
- Empower teams and engineers to monitor their applications and apply the best concepts for client-side performance.

Requirements:
- Computer Science Engineering degree;
- Professional experience in Performance Testing (minimum 2 years);
- Experience with Hand-on Test Development using Jmeter;
- Experience with Monitoring & Analysing Skills;
- Experience with Database knowledge;
- Experience with Web and WebServices performance testing experience;
- Experience with Scripting;
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
