IT Support Technician

InnoWave Technologies, a technology and IT services company in great expansion and with a strong international outlook (with offices in Lisbon, Belgium, Amsterdam, London and Miami), is currently recruiting an IT Support Technician to integrate the internal team.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in informatics or a similar related area;
Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken;
Great sense of responsibility;
Good communication and relationship management skills;
Good organizational capacity and detail oriented;
Great capacity for analysis and out-of-the-box thinking/problem solving skills;
Keenness to learn;
Dynamism and team spirit;
Ambitious, autonomous and pro-active approach.

Tasks and responsibilities:

To provide support across all InnoWave IT infrastructures
Support all InnoWave services (i.e TFS, Orange, Project)
Strong knowledge of cloud services management (i.e: Office 365, Azure)
Strong knowledge of virtual machines (Hyper-v)
Strong knowledge of Linux (CentOS) and Windows Server management
Good knowledge of Databases (MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle)
Make sure that all new laptops and devices are in accordance with InnoWave company rules

Other tasks and responsibilities:

Configure PCs
Servers maintenance
Developing new modules for SharePoint
