Spring Professional is recruiting an ERP Coordinator (M/F) for a leader in power producer and service provider in renewable electricity production, in Porto.

Main Responsabilities:

- Support the ERP implementation;

- Maintenance of Item Data present in ERP system

- Ensure series' of item cards are consistent within the item categories and product groups that are represented.

- Create new item cards whist maintaining consistency with current Item Card structure.

- Perform queries, create and prepare reports from the database.

- Working with Finance, develop consistent protocols for reporting inventory, job cost and service management functionality.

- Troubleshoot ERP-related problems, and pass along only the technical issues to the IT department;

- Monitor proper usage of the system through the service desk plus (or similar) by tracking the raised complaints by each business user.

- Identify process changes or configuration changes that could improve how the system supports the business.

- Develop & update User manuals.

- Grant ERP Access to business users as per the ERP Authority Groups set in place by the PMO department.

- Support the PMO manager on any related requirement that falls within the PMO function.

- Manage workload appropriately and ensure timely completion of tasks in line with requirements.

Perfil:

- Degree in Engineering or Management;

- Experience working with ERP or similar back-office systems required;

- Experience implementing ERP;

- Extensive knowledge of bills of material, price estimating and costing structure

- Knowledge of renewables is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project

- Leadership skills and teamwork spirit;;

- Methodical person with a critical spirit and a strategic thinking;

- Organizational Skills;

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills;

- Ability to effectively engage with operational stakeholders.
