What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? •Ensure the efficiency of the operation, maintaining the quality of service of the IP Edge Data Network Enterprise Customers in services platforms; •Assure planned work activities, network rollout, software upgrades and parameter changes in IP Edge Network ensuring quality of services and avoiding regression on network functionalities; •Assure maintenance activities to prevent incidents and optimize the network and perform corrective measures based on performance management and indicator analysis; •Apply acceptance test and integration/configuration activities of network elements or new features of the IP Edge Network or others enterprise platforms. What is required from you? •Academic background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or similar; •At least 3 years of experience in IP operations and maintenance solutions; •Cisco CCNA certification or higher; •Good communication skills with technical and non-technical communities; •Good level of English, spoken and written; •Capacity analytical and challenging mindset; •Autonomous, agile, flexible and delivery oriented; Sounds like you?
